Mercaz Ein Sof was founded five years ago by Ilan Levy and Pablo Ezra with one simple idea: to offer authentic Judaism that keeps bringing Am Israel together. What began as an idea between two friends is now a living meeting space — Shabbatons, interactive personal-growth classes, meditation, yoga and kumzitz around the fire. And behind every activity, the same intention: creating places where everyone can express their true self, meet new people, build bonds that last — and bring more light into the world.
Mercaz Ein Sof lives in Israel — every gathering happens here — and is open to Jews from all over the world passing through the land. The atmosphere we are building is international and diverse: Tel Aviv energy, open and mixed, while keeping something genuinely dati at the heart.
Argentinian and French, in Jerusalem for the past six years, working in education. Experience in real-estate development and with the NGO Helpers, a social-impact startup saving lives worldwide. Passionate about interpersonal studies, philanthropy and altruism.
Social and cultural anthropologist (UNSAM, Argentina) with an MA in International Development (HUJI, Israel). Years of socio-environmental work with communities, in NGOs and government. Passionate about humanity and diversity.
Body and soul — during the week and on Shabbat
A whole Shabbat away from the noise: Kabbalat Shabbat at sunset, shared tables, songs and real time to simply be. Every Shabbat with a character of its own.
Personal growth drawn from the sources: dynamic sessions where you ask, discuss and take home something of your own.
Guided meditations joining Jewish tradition with the calm of the present: hitbodedut, breathing and silence facing the valley.
Practice open to all levels, outdoors whenever the weather allows: the body is part of the journey too.
Fire, guitar and voices late into the night. Music that binds souls together and asks for nothing in return — the way a Shabbat should end.
The full experience: three days of disconnection with Judaism at the core and complete openness to yoga and meditation. How it works →
Why do we make Shabbat?
Because we want to create spaces where everyone can be themselves. Where there is nothing to pretend: just arrive, breathe and express your true self. Spaces to meet people, encounter other souls and form real bonds — because Am Israel is built one gathering at a time, and every gathering spreads more light into the world.
Join the next Shabbaton
Three days in nature to come back to yourself. A spiritual retreat with Judaism at its core and genuine openness to yoga, meditation and inner work: learning in the morning, practice in the afternoon, kumzitz by the fire at night — and at the center, a Shabbat lived with all the senses.
